What was breaking
Operators logged machine output by hand at the end of each shift, so OEE figures were always a day late and rarely trusted.
02 — The Approach
What we engineered
We tapped the existing machine controllers over OPC-UA and streamed telemetry directly into the ERP, computing OEE on the fly and closing jobs automatically when output thresholds were met.
03 — The Outcome
What changed
The floor gained real-time visibility, manual logging disappeared, and OEE became a number the team actually acts on.
