What we collect

When you book a consultation we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, e-mail address, and optionally your phone number, industry, company size and message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

Visits to this site and our demos

We use one first-party cookie (kmx_vid, kept for 13 months) to understand which pages and demo screens are useful: pages and demo screens opened, the labels of buttons and links clicked (never what you type), how long a page was in view, where the visit came from, and your country and device type. We do not store your IP address, only a one-way code that changes every day, and we do not fingerprint browsers or share this with anyone.

Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first; nothing is recorded unless you accept. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded at all. Raw visit records are deleted after 180 days.

E-mails we send

If we write to you about a demo made for your company, the e-mail contains a small image and links that tell us whether it was opened and whether the demo was viewed. Every such e-mail has an unsubscribe link; once used, or if you reply "stop", we never write again. We send at most one follow-up.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, set up and hold the consultation, follow up on a proposal you asked for, and judge which of our demos and pages help businesses like yours. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google Ads to reach businesses that may need our services. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google may set cookies so we can tell which ads led to a consultation request (conversion measurement). Google processes this data under its own policies at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.

Where it is stored

Consultation requests are stored in a secured database run by our hosting providers. Access is limited to the KaryaMax team. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve you, and at most three years after our last contact unless we are working together.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@karyamax.com and we will act within 30 days. This applies wherever you are, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
